I visited Petrillo's for the first time in some 20 years and I was saddened by what took place. My daughter and I ate in the restaurant, and the food (pasta dish and pizza bianca, were great, the service marginal, and the bus-boy was walking around with his underwear fuly expose on the backside, his pants mid-way to the bottom of his buttocks..not what one cares to see while dining. I ordered take the next week on a Saturday and again on Sunday. It was the last time I spend money on any of Petrillo's products. The take out personell were rude and alloof and even charge $ 1.00 for each parmisian cheese cup after paying premium prices for pizza. Poorly trained employees and relatives running this, do not value customer service. For poor service with an attitude try this place.
