I went in for routine cleaning 2 years ago and ended up with several overpriced crowns that don't fit right and a root canal. The root canal was suggested because of all the pain experienced following the procedure. Also, his work caused me to experience pain for weeks following the preparation for the crown. I am still experiencing jaw pain 2 years later. I was glad to see this blog. I lost weeks of sick leave following what was supposed to be a routine procedure. I know that there are many people out there that have had a horrific experience with this dentist. I ran into this elderly woman who was complaining about her false teeth. When I asked her why she was having so many problems, she advised that Dr. Broadaway had messed her up years ago and now her false teeth don't fit right. Now, I warn everyone who is thinking about going to the dentist about him.
