Completely unprofressional in his approach to the job. Tracked mud throughout the house, when I asked him to put on some protective foot coverings he just scoffed and walked away. Asked to use our yellow pages, found the number he was looking for and left the book open. He was looking up massage parlor information. Will not use Tony again.
Cons: He seems to have a screw loose and the wife is a nut job too
