Businiess name:  Bone Dry Basement Waterproofing

Review content:
I normally don't leave these reviews. I couldn't resist commenting after seeing some of the old negative reviews. I would say that this owner was professional. I was recommended by another friend who used ""Bone Dry"" before finishing his basement (which was done years ago and still no leaks) so I gave them the job based on 'word of mouth'. I had a similar POSITIVE experience. I was dealing with numerous leaking cracks though my foundation. Living in Des Plaines can do that! The owner noticed my sump pump levels needed adjustment as water was over the clay tile causing 2 much h2o psi against my foundation and was likely causing my seepage. This was info that I never knew about since I grew up in the city (no sumps in Chicago and no charge for the advice). He was technically knowledgeable with the foundation design. The crew came immediately from a prior job and they did have dirt. I had no problem at all with dirt since the work was all done in my basement anyway! I also requested the job be done ASAP! I think the previous reviewer must have been a competitor. Regardless they did a superior job and I highly recommend!
