""Total disaster. The worst dry cleaner ever. Among the 3 coats that I took there, one came still dirty, one came with damaged fabric, and the other came discolored. I complained to the manager about the discoloration and he told me that's how the fabric is and there's nothing they can do about it. I don't even think they read the care instruction. Argh Argh.. I ended up paying to get my favorite coat ruined.
