Review content:
Unbelievably rude! They rent very weak functioning carpet cleaners!! Then say they pulls up water off our linoleum floor just fine! So oh well lady! Meanwhile I've sucked up 7 1/2 cups of water with a shop vac on the very small piece of carpet I tried to clean with the hunk of junk!!! And it's still to wet to walk on!!! Poor customer service, very rude managers & they have just lost a customer they have had sense they opened the first time! I'm gone and have taken my entire family with me and it's a big family!!! They don't do that great anyway...Now I see why!!!
Pros: Go if you want, but keep the cons on mind when you do!
Cons: Customer service comes second here...
