They have a heated pool, Steam rooms Saunas, Classes, only 35.00 a month for everything. The equipment is clean and the people who work there are very polite and friendly. I have been going for over 7 months now and have always been treated great. I started out at 355lbs. and have lost 44lbs. I stay in the pool about 2 hours then move on to the machines. I try to go 3x a week. Ive been to the North and South centers and i like them both about the same. I came from another all womens place and they were 60.00 a month, and dident even have a pool. If your looking for a fitness center for Women I would say join Mademoiselle.
