Review content:
We purchased a wood-framed futon from The Futon Store (East Memphis) at least a decade ago, and it still looks and functions like new. I was inspired to write this review because of a recent visit to the Cordova location, where I met Richard and Laura. I was only looking for a new futon cover, but Richard and Laura took the time to answer all of my questions about their other products, even though I was just making a relatively small purchase. They seemed to really appreciate my business, and that is a rarity today. By the way, the original futon cover is still good, but it was just time for something new.
It's nice to know there are still some retailers around who respect their customers!
