If you want friendly, customer service then you need to go elsewhere. The owner of this store and one of the sales people (older gentlemen) do not seem to be interested in selling their furniture. I asked one day if the salesman had a tape measure to measure a table and he responded with ""there's probably one around here somewhere"" but never moved to get one. The last time I was there after looking at a particular set several times and was undecided on which color, asked if we could take 1 chair ea. of both colors home to see which worked the best and was told yes. Went to pick them up at closing time thinking this was best option for both parties and planned to have them back when store opened the next morning but was told no...could not ""break the sets up"" and have 2 off the floor. Doesn't make sense as store would be closed. Yet we could have bought 1 of the sets, taken it home and then brought it back the next day and exchanged it as that is evidently allowed as on one visit a customer was there exchanging a set he had bought the day before. Evidently the economic downturn of the world today is not affecting this owner as he missed out on a sure sale with his set of rules that make no sense. I'll now buy this set on line
