I bought a Trek bicycle here a couple of months ago, and so have been going back to have the bike taken care of since. When I had an encounter with a screw in the road that blew my rear tire, I brought it in and it was fixed quickly and with no waiting. I wasn't gouged in the wallet, either. I really appreciate the fast service, as the bike is my transportation and I would have been up a creek without it. They plan excursions also, such as day hikes on Sundays...I plan to take advantage of this at some point.
