I don't know what the previous post is talking about. I eat here at least once a week. I've met the owners and I've been to the kitchen and I can tell you that nothing is frozen or prepackaged. People that say that just don't know what real food tastes like. Oakwood cafe serves huge portions of food for a great price. I've been to Metro 8 and I can tell you that 40 dollars for a steak is ridiculous.
