We recently moved to the area from Dallas and were recommended to Dr. Hoover's office by several neighbors in our subdivision. Being conservative in my approach to new healthcare offices I did my due dilligence and did an extensive on-line search. Though the three reviews I found were less than flattering I must say my experience was nothing like those expressed in the reviews. The office is very nice and has a calming effect. I am very dental-phobic and found the staff to be very professional and reassuring. When I arrived I was placed in the relaxation room that equals the spa relaxation room of a 5 star spa. Dr. Hoover came in and did my exam and was very personable and professional. She explained her office takes a more aggressive approach to dental hygeine in particular gum disease. She completed a thorough treatment plan as she called it that would address all of my dental issues. Anything health-related is expensive but I found her prices to be competitve to those I had paid at my last dental office. Overall I felt my experience with Dr. Hoover to be positive enough to the point that I booked appointements for my husband and three children. The one thing I particularly liked about Dr. Hoover and her office is she has specialists that provide a one-stop shopping experience so I don't have to drive all over League City for treatment. I cannot say enough good things about this office and did not have any of the experiences posted in previous reviews.
