I went in to get a shower head and the guy had me there for 2 hours....he was on the phone and speaking to 5 different people in between helping me....he talked me into getting a piece for my shower head so I could attach a shower messager.....When I arrived home I realized I received no receipt and the piece did not fit my shower head....There are no returns and when you call no one answers the phone....I agree this hardware store is a sham and should not be in business,,,,no returns in a hardware store is insane....This hardware store is a joke.....
