I never take the time to review a business unless I have had an experience like never before. With my personal trainer, Gina, that is exactly what has happened and continues to happen. She is committed to helping me reach my goals in a no nonsense way...I love that, even if it is hard to hear some times...the truth sets us all free and I really see myself reaching my fitness goals with Gina. She has been teaching me kickboxing and pilates, both are extremely fun and challenging...i am a mother of 2. in my 40's if that helps... I highly suggest training with Gina at American Boxing. The 5th star will be posted when I reach my goal weight ;)
