Review content:
This is the first time I have ever tried Mauy Thai (sp?) Kickboxing, and I love it! I didn't know what to expect from training but I lost about 5 pounds in sweat in the first class and had a blast!! I couldn't walk the next day because I was so sore, but that went away fast. I told Gina about the other review on here and how bad it was, she told me how it is common practice for another local gym to write fake reviews to try and hurt business. Pretty lame I think, so I thought I'd let everyone know, I think it is fake and not true. I have taken the kickboxing and it is awesome, I have seen the boys do sparring class and they look as good if not better than the UFC show my boyfriend makes me watch! ha So, if you think you want to try a class, you should! It is a smaller gym the classes really small so you get a great workout and they fix your bad technique. I don't know if they are professional fighters but I know they train some professional fighters as well as beginners like me and Gina was on TV for fighting, so if that helps, awesome! Everyone is really cool and super nice, very beginner friendly! Good Luck
Pros: Small classes, meal plan help, male and female instructors, convenient location
Cons: It's location is convenient but hard to find at first
