You walk into this place and you know immediately that these people are here to take care of you. We had a terrible experience at the UPS store in Escondido on El Norte Parkway and were in need of someone to help us with a notary and quickly. I am a notary so I know that the owner of the UPS Store, aside from being rude, didn't know what he was talking about. I called Frank Derbin before we went to his Postal Annex because my husband is in a wheelchair. Even the customer service over the phone had us feeling much better immediately. When we finally went to the Postal Annex we were serviced by the manager, Frank Derbin - an exceptional person who treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. He offered to come out to our van to save my husband any inconvenience. He even offered us cold drinks because the day was very hot. He was a very knowledgeable notary - taking care of all of our papers with no problem at all. We will not hesitate to return and most of all to let everyone we know that Frank Derbin at this Postal Annex gave us the best service we had had in years. Thank you Frank - we wish you continued success.
