I would like to respond to the lady faith428....I don't understand her position on this. This shop is a business and it should be treated like a business. I have been shopping and consigning at this shop for 4+ years and I make good money consigning my items (that also can depend on what you take in to consign...brand names, large items, etc.). The staff there is WONDERFUL!! They are very caring, polite, and really like what they are doing. I am sorry to hear you had a ""bad experience"" but maybe you didn't understand their policy when you signed your contract? Their policy is very clear and easy to understand.
Pros: Near perfect items, great parking, great atmosphere!
Cons: Nothing!
