Review content:
My Husband and I got a car from Martin's Double ""R"" Towing ""aka"" Martin's Double Auto Sales...etc and we cannot get this car a clean title. Per the DMV no transfer of tile was ever received. My Husband called Martin and told him we did not have everything we needed to get a clean title and Martin replied ""you have everything and the paperwork was mailed to the DMV and it is not his problem if the paperwork never made it there (in one of the nastiest tones). To say the least we are left with a 2500 lb worthless paperweight due to his negligence. He could have at least re-submitted his part of the the DMV paperwork, or salvage package if in fact he ever did his part of the paperwork. Needless to say here we are 6 months later and several trips to the DMV, and even researching the old owner and having him sign a bill of sale we still cannot get a clear Title, again, due to negligence on his part. Sure, we got an old car, that's what we wanted; however, it would be nice to have it legal, instead of looking stolen per DMV's eyes. Cons: Not a friendly man
