Review content:
Veronica the manager at this complex has no idea of what she is doing. If you are not Hispanic she could care less about you. She has no clue how to run an apartment community. The maintenance crew is clueless as to how to fix anything, if you can get anyone to fix anything you are lucky. They tell you if you pay your rent early you can get in a drawing for money off of your next months rent, but they do not draw names they just pick whoever they want to win. They hold contest, but it is also rigged for whomever they want to win. There is so much noise, drugs and fights in this complex, but nothing is done about that either. Whenever you go to the office you will find the manager and the leasing manager either outside smoking or watching TV. They lock the doors during lunch and leave early almost everyday. When you sign your lease it states that they have staff living on the premises; however no one that works here lives here. As for their security, that's a joke also. You will be lucky if you ever see a security person on site and if you do they are usually sitting in their vehicle. Forget about complaining to the manager on any of these issues, because the only thing she will do is look at you like you are stupid. And don't even think about complaining to Corporate with your concerns, because they don't do anything either. The good tenants they do have are all moving out because of this so they may as well just let this place go.
