From the minute I walked onto the car lot, everyone was polite and everyone was helpful. My sales agent Ralph S. was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of my questions, and if he didn't know the answer he would find out! No one was ever pushy! Even the guy in the finance office was helpful, and actually was pretty funny to talk to making the whole experience a pleasure! 4 of my friends have also had the best car buying time they ever had! I will come back for sure! I would also like to thank Rick Glenn for being so helpful when I needed it most. I'm really happy with my new Tacoma! Jeff
