I didnt even want to give them a star. First I bought a new ztr mower and when it was delivered it was dented, scratched.rust on a pipe by the motor, a dirty filter, scraped up seat. Didnt get a user manual. I called slippery rock lawn and garden to complain and they insisted it was a new mower. So I had used it 4 times and the belt fell off. They came and picked it up told me I would have it back within 2 days and of course that was a problem as well. The owner is a complete liar from the begining, his secretary is disrespectful and mouthy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Don lies and when your upset he will tell you he will hang up on you. I mean really who says that to a customer that gets lied to.
