Review content:
I hate having my car repaired, so I doubt I'd ever give any place a "5" star rating. However, CarX has taken care of many of my vehicles now, and they're the only ones I go to for routine maintenance or repair work. I never have to wonder if they're telling me the truth or not about whether any given repair is needed. They also freely tell me whether this or that thing is an 'urgent' need for safety or vehicle wear, or if it 'could wait a little while'. A few times there have been something wrong that simply had to be done by a dealership - and those experiences have always been horrid in comparison to CarX. I recommend them to EVERYONE.
