Review content:
Packed up several name brand items from my closet this morning. Also 3 Coach purses. You want to talk about snooty, these girls looked at my stuff like I had dumped trash on their floor. They also couldn't have been more annoyed that I was requiring they do their jobs. After they looked through my stuff she asked where I had purchased my purses and I told her at the Coach store, she then informed me that thought they were fake. I assured her they were not and she picked them apart one by one letting me know why she thought that. She even said ""we don't think this one is even real leather."" You have to be pretty untrained if you can't even decipher real leather. Not to mention that they couldn't tell that any of them were real. Then she informed me that I would need to take my clothes home and wash them because they smelled musty. She then pointed out the items they would be interested in and the ones they wouldn't. The second lady then came over and said yeh but you'll need to wash them because they smell like they have been in a basement or a garage. I said no again, they were in my closet. You should know that this entire interaction took place at the front desk with people in line behind me. So if their training and intent is to be snooty they have succeeded. It was a horrible experience.
