Jackson Smile Studio is an impressive experience. The facility is state-of-the-art and feels more like a New York City condo than a white walled institution. On the new-patient registration form, I was asked if going to the dentist made me nervous. I was able to furtively express my feelings of anxiety, which put me at ease. The two pretty ladies at the reception desk were kind and attentive. I believe their names were Stacey and Nicole. My teeth cleaning was done by a dental hygienist by the name of Carol.
