Review content:
I paid for Quarterly service pest control. Every 90 days I get them to spray. In the event between services you have a problem they come out and spray again at no cost. My last service was on 5-28-2010. They were due to spray on 8-28-2010. I asked them to come out on 8-4-2010 for a problem and they wanted me to pay my quarterly fee. Even though they were not due until the 28th of the month and I was clearly between services they state any time in the month of service constitutes a new quarter. I asked for a manager and they spoke with the owner who also refused to come out as a recall for free between services. My question is what happened to the 24 days (over 3 weeks) of service that I am entitled to? I called a major compeditor Orkin who stated they have quarterly service and that is uncalled for. They come out any time for any reason between appointments fot FREE. I have been a customer for years and they could care less to lose my buisness. I think they scam their customers and could care less about quality service.
