Review content:
My visits to the office always give me an earful of ""bar talk"". They're not respectful to renters and speak harshly when I speak to them or via email. Walk in their office and tell me your impression. I had the house inspected for a lease re-sign, which I'm not going to do, and the lady was pushy and rude. She came early, I was just out of the shower and she kept banging on the door impatiently, then tried to push past me to get in. I told her she was pushy and rude. Again, no respect for the renters. I'm wondering how much of my deposit they'll find a way to keep even though house is in GREAT shape.
Pros: Good at fixing things
Cons: Not friendly to renters, not professional, not honest, not organized, OVERCHARGE on fees, renter required to paint on move out
