I stumbled across this website quite by accident. I read the reviews. Now I would like to make some points. I worked as an Office Manager for two psychiatrists. They also prescibe narcotics. The staff hears a lot of ""I've lost my script; someone stole my purse and my meds were in it; someone broke into my home and stole my meds; I accidently flushed them down the toilet""; you get the picture. Hence, this is one reason the staff might seem distant. Not to mention the abuse the staff receives from a patient ""out of meds & needing them.""
