Review content:
Not a bank I would recommend. There are only two women who smile at you regularly. The remaining women don't say hello, just take your money and say a quick thank you without a smile or expression on their face. They look like I am wasting their time and wish I would hurry up and go away. Sometimes I don't even get a thank you, how rude I say to myself as I drive off. My other relatives have noticed the same thing and say they are all snooty women working there. I would think they would want our business and try to give the best customer service possible. Someone should tell Donelda to lighten up herself and maybe ask her employees to do the same!
Pros: It's the only bank in town.
Cons: If you want good customer service take the time to travel out of town.
