We have taken our dog there two times now. The first time it ended up costing more than they originally tolod us due to extra work.. This time, it was not even half the work as last time and they charged us the same. $90 to shave a dog is rediculous. They also do not listen to what you want for the dog. We asked for them to take off half the exisiting length and they pretty much shaved it to the skin. We also specifally asked for the inside of the ears to be plucked and they were not done. The shaving is very uneven. It looks like his ribs are sticking out it's so bad. We are taking him somewhere else to get his hair fixed. We could have done this same cut ourselves at home with our clippers and saved the headache and money. Also, as soon as we left the shop, our dog urinated for almost a minute straight. It was quite obivous they did not take the dog out to potty, even though they had him for 6 hours. As soon as we got home he drank a ton of water, so it doesn't look like they gave him anythign to drink either. I would call this neglect and abuse. We WILL NOT be returning.
