Review content:
Unfortunately the person that answers the phone comes off as being cranky. I have dealt with her twice over the phone and she has had the same ""I don't like my job"" ""Talking to you bores me to tears because I have to say the same stuff over and over"" attitude. You can actually visualize her eyes rolling by the tone of her voice.
Pros: Repair staff are friendly and helpful
Cons: Unfriendly customer service.
