Review content:
was quick and nice. I like her honesty about not needing to professionally color and so on. She gave me great advice about how to tame my wild hair and I made an appointment to do that. Unfortunately on the day before I was in the hospital and couldn't make the appointment. I asked my sister to call and cancel, I didn't realize the number stored was for another salon and she called that one. I was quite surprised when my sister told me she left a pretty nasty message about not showing and banned me from the salon! To me it's pretty shocking that since knowing what happened and trying speak with her, I was told that we should agree to disagree. I don't agree when I didn't do anything intentionally wrong and an apology for making the assumption that I just blew her off was unfair. I realize that something serious was going with her at this time and because I have integrity won't put it out there, but I believe that I deserve and apology and shouldn't be banned from any place (even if I won't be going back) and people should take accountability for their actions, especially when choosing to run a business!
