referred by a a local of the city of vineland to have my girlfriend's Bday at this nice ""LOOKING"" restuarant. First time visiting but me and my party of elven got treated like we since we had a large party and the tip was included the Cosmopolitans staff 's service became that of County Jail level LITERALLY IHAVE PICS TO PROVE IT. AND when the good people of cosmo came to sing my love a happy birthday the entre plates were still marinating on the table... and with a 357.00 check we got 10% off our next visit. o and the Busser's love to use tooth pics while u and him share the same job trying to have a good time but you and the party try to get some of the plates off your table BRAVO COsmO!!!!BRavo
