Review content:
I have attempted to give this meager attempt at fine dining in Cumberland county numerous chances. All without the slightest redeeming quality. The service has been consistently terrible. The food has been poor at best. The bar was also under par using cheap ingredients and shallow pours. My first attempt at a business lunch here resulted in our waitress lying to us in regards to her mistake, and the management admitting ""our staff tends to be creative"" when it comes to their mistakes. I have 15 years in customer service and many of that in the food service industry, nothing is more classless then the inability of staff to admit fault, even if they have no intention of righting the inequity. The second time was for dinner with friends, we were brought salads with undercooked chicken and wilted lettuce, when we brought this to our waiters attention he informed us that ""is how the salad is supposed to be"" when we brought this to managements attention AGAIN they felt they were still in the right, management ate from the plate in front of us proclaiming it was fine and there was no way I was getting it for free. The third and final straw at what was supposed to be an evening at the bar with friends resulted in being ignored by a classless staff, and drinks that were not made to order. I did not complain this time as i knew it would get me no where. I wish my experience was an isolated incident but far to many of my associates have had similar complaints about this eatery. Pros: Your reading this review before going there Cons: Everything from soup to nuts
