I brought my grandbaby whos 21 months old and daughter from out of town to try the restaurant. I requested a table outside because of the baby. They had maybe four tables set up the rest were reserved for a large party we had to eat inside. They put us at a table next to another large party that was celebrating a birthday, the party table had lots of balloons. My grandbaby loves balloons and is used to getting a balloon from restaurants. She had a fit when she wanted one of their balloons pointing at the table asking for a balloon. I had to take her out of restaurant I requested a move to a outdoor table to pull her away from the table next to us, but they refused to move us. I ended up boxing up my food and taking it home. Two things could have solved the problem, 1 if i was the one that had the balloons I would have been gracious enough to give one of the small ones to the baby after all the birthday party was for a 50 year old. If I was a staff member I would have found another table. I love the food but after my experience customer service is lacking or maybe familys are not welcome. Service is #1 more important than the quality of food. I have been a customer for couple of years even telling people at work how great this restaurant is. No more I'll never step foot in there again or recommend this restaurant. The tables that were reserved outside were still sitting empty when we left.
