Review content:
The Hope Mills YMCA has moved to a new location. It is now located at 3910 Ellison St Hope Mills NC which is one block off Main Street opposite of the lake. The new phone number is 910-426-9622. The facility is located in an old cotton Mill and has that New York loft look. It is about 10,000 square feet of the latest cardio and strength equipment, group exercise classes, free nursery and several youth programs. I like the family atmosphere, the low rates and not having to sign a contract.. It reminds me of the old ""Cheers"" sitcom where everybody is treated like Norm.
Pros: Great equipment, great staff, great value
Cons: hard to find, some parking issues
