Colorado's Best Home Inspection truly is the best. I was so impressed, their service was perfect, the inspector was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Jim was very thorough, and very imformative, going so far as to tell me how and when to service all the applicances in the home such as have a professional HVAC service clean the furnace yearly and be sure to have the dryer vent cleaned routinely which I found so helpful as I am a first time homebuyer. I used another inspector on another house I was trying to purchase and although their service was a bit cheaper I would rate it as only fair as they only did the absolute minimum and made it seem like I was putting him out when I asked for something to be explained more thoroughly. When Jim (the owner and master inspector) could tell I did not totally understand him he was happy to stop and take the time to explain and show me everything. They were definately worth the slightly higher cost! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done timely but yet perfectly. Colorado's Best is by far The Best!!!
