Review content:
First let me say that when I called it was due to an emergency. Our water heater stopped working. When the guy came out all he did was get on us for not having a water softener here in TX. He asked me if I had a water softener and I said no. His response was and ""Why Not?"" I'm like; you are hearing because my water heater is not working not because I was interested in buying a water softener. He did check the water pressure but again continued to try to sale a new water heater with all the life time warranties and a water softener. When I asked him how much it would cost to repair the water heater he said $596 + the $69.00 to come out. I was not happy. If I wanted a sales person I believe I would have stated that. I needed a tech, I needed someone to make things better being that I have a big family and we had no hot water.
