My experience with Sew Simple was disappointing to say the least. I brought my 16 yr old daughter's $329 prom dress to be altered, once I picked it up we noticed a grease stain on the front of the dress. When I asked to speak to the owner, two women (Ann Marie and Lisa) said they including one more were all owners. However, when I asked for reimbursement one owner quickly disappeared ""I'M OUT OF HERE""and the other was extremely rude and not at all understanding! I was told to come back when the other owner was there..apparently they only take ownership when customers are satisfied...if any are! They did however offer to dry clean the dress...which I was told (the day I brought the dress in) was not recommended as it could ruin the dress...too late IT'S ALREADY RUINED!
