If I could give this a negative rating I would...because our two visits to this shop were beyond unacceptable. How the owner thinks she can treat customers the way she does is utterly inconceivable. Now that I read the others reviews, the bride and I (the MOH) would never do business with her...thank you for warning us! The way she treated us should have clued us in! Her idea of customer service is rude remarks like ""that's your problem not mine"" and ""I don't care if you buy it elsewhere."" She made my jaw drop time and time again. Fortunate for my bride, another shop tracked down the dress we wanted from Vesa and we found out that she lied to us about the maker!! She also reverses the model codes and swears that she isn't lying to you. She is dishonest and just plain rude.
