Terrible customer service.....We traveled a long ways for reservation.....They were not prepared, could not get us in and had us down at wrong time....Basically laughed at us saying we were in the wrong, when all 6 of us heard the correct time....NO APOLOGY!!!! We decided to travel over an hour more to DOUBLE JJ RANCH where we were treated with RESPECT!!!! Had a wonderful time!!!
CALLED FLYING HORSESHOE RANCH next day to let them know how disappointed we were with their service, he continued to laugh and deny his mistake even though I had 5 witnesses who were with me at the time of making reservation.....He basically told me maybe I should call the other place the next time I wanted to go HORSEBACK RIDING AGAIN...well absolutely ya jerk, you have poor CUSTOMER SERVICE
