My main issue is that after spending a sizable amount of money on a dress here I found out they sold my information to every two-bit wedding business in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana area in spite of repeated assurances they would not. I called to question this multiple times and was told this was not something they did (clearly a lie, since I gave them an email address I used nowhere else and don't live in Cincinnati nor am I getting married there), and then was given assurances this would be fixed that day. I still get ten spam emails a day because of this. It speaks to how much they care about their customers.
