Poor response to work orders. I had a work order that was put in the the mangment on dec 23 and they still have NOT CAME TO MY HOME to resolve my issue. My toilet is out of order and has been for almost a week. I've called the company multiple times each daily, with no avail. My problem was that my toilet will flush, and fill back up, but will not stop filling. It sounds like the water faucet is on. I spoke with a lady name SUSAN on DECEMBER 24 and she asked me to look at the back of the toilet and see if everything is correct. First off I have never lived anywhere, where I would need to know about fixing toilets. I am not a plumber. The company is very rude on the phone when I in regards to the same work order. Another thing is that the phone number is NOT a direct number to the property Manager. Therefore every time I called I HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, for the manager to call me back. WTF? It is December 28 and I have NOT SEEN OR HEARD from Maintainece Yet.
Pros: They have serveral properties all over
Cons: Needs to be more attentive to the landscape and renter inquiries
