My husband and I have rented from Robin's for 7 years and are leaving because we are moving out of state otherwise we would be happy to stay much longer. They have been wonderful landlords. They always accept any packages we receive and call to let us know they have arrived. Any time we've had a problem it was fixed quickly and done well. When our washer's motor quit they brought in a brand new one. The price is amazing for the location (20th and Chestnut) and otherwise, especially considering the unit comes with a washer and dryer. We are so close to everything, we walk everywhere and if we can't walk public transportation is easily accessible. We have seen mice from time to time but not often and in 7 years I have seen only two roaches. Seriously! only two in 7 years! They are so friendly, helpful and always available. I tell everyone I know that's looking for an apartment to go to them and everyone I've know who's rented from them had been totally satisfied. We will miss renting from them and should we ever come back to Philly we will contact them first.
