THEIR OFFICE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. I ALWAYS PAY MY RENT ON TIME SINCE I MOVED IN 2 YEARS AGO, BUT I CALLED THE EMERGENCY MANAGER ON FRIDAY NIGHT BECAUSE THERE WAS NO HEAT ALL DAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. IT WAS 36 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT AND THE GUY WAS RUDE AND SAID ""THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SO THERE'S NOTHING I COULD DO"". THEY TURNED THE HEAT ON FOR TWO MINUTES (YES, THAT'S TWO MINUTES) DURING THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. HEATING IS SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE RENT, BUT THEY RECENTLY TURNED IT OFF. THEY PREY ON THE WEAK, AND THERE'S A LOT OF FAVORISM GOING ON HERE. THEY'RE REALLY QUICK TO SUE YOU FOR SOMETHING AND THEY MAKE YOU PAY THEIR ATTORNEY FEES.
