Robin Apartments monthly rent has been an affordable apartment for me for over 9 years. The landlords are available and helpful. Their maintenance department is efficient and thorough especially in an emergency. The mail is safe, accessible and convenient within the building itself. The pavements are shoveled during the snow and icy weahter. The laundry room operates from morning till 8:00 p.m. Any trash can be easily placed on the street level for collection. Robins Apartments is also accessible to all main arteries of transportation in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. There is also an emergency stand by employee for any problems during the off peak hours and weekends. The building is well run and well maintained. I recommend Robins Apartments. Check it out for yourselves with a simple appointment!
