I'm going to keep this short because I'd be ranting otherwise. I have always had negative experiences here. Mostly rude service. Don't try to customize anything, don't ask for a different sauce, don't ask for a side of sauce...and whatever you do DONT ASK FOR A SIDE OF BASIL! The rude waiter when asked for a salad up first brought it with the meal and the $90 bottle of wine at lunch time we ordered came after the meal was served. We didn't eat, made a point to pay, corked our wine and left and tried desperately not to make a scene as we left.
