Bad attitudes,intimidating even coming in there with that big desk and factory feel.I havent had any good facials or waxings.The hair people are great but thats it.I dont like the chairs for brow wax.Noisy and loud.When I go to other Spas even if its just a brow wax they let me lay down and relax in a separate room.Myabe i just like smaller cozy places that are welcoming and not places like this that is becoming a bigger and bigger franchise.Not personal at all!!!
Pros: Hairstylists and all the products for sale
Cons: facials, waxing, too big of a place( not personal)
