I have attempted to reach someone in charge for many months now to discuss a problem. My calls were never returned. When I did speak to someone I was told they would get back to me. They never did. I hired an attorney to reach out to them but he got a vague response and no follow up.
Today I spoke to someone who sounded either asleep or drunk when he picked up the phone. Mordechai Freund claimed he was in charge but within a few minutes of speaking to him (he acted as if he was cross-examining me) he became irate and literally hung up the phone on me.
How disgraceful and unprofessional. I have a call in to the underwriters.
