Review content:
I was in a car accident and my car was here. When I came to get my things out of it, the man behind the desk was incredibly rude and swore at me. He then said that they no longer had the car and that the insurance company had taken it. It turns out that this was not true. I came back to get my things and was rudely told that I would have to pay for the storage during the time when I was told my car was not there. When I mentioned that the insurance agent had said they were being rude and uncooperative, they laughed in my face. As I was leaving they called me a b**** and continued to talk and laugh about me as I left in tears. I later found out that the first man I spoke to was the owner.
Not only were they irresponsible in not knowing where my car was, they tried to make me pay for their mistake, and then were incredibly rude and harassed me.
All in all, it was a horrible experience. If you get in a car accident in Worcester and they tow your car, get them to bring it to your house. The small amount extra you will pay is will be saved by not having to pay storage to these car thieves.
Cons: Manager should be sited for harassement
