Review content:
Everyone at Fireside Designs has been very friendly to work with and knew what was going on, on their end. There was a little confusion with the process, we were switching over to propane. They told us that the law in Springfield had recently changed, so everyone seemed a little confused as to what the exact steps were as far as meeting with the different inspectors along the way. It seemed like Fireside was a little out of their realm with who did what next. I think a list of the extra steps and what needs to be done to meet the new law, would be very helpful with the entire process.
The only thing I was left wondering about, was that there was an odor coming from it. When I called to ask what they thought it might be, they were going to come out to check it, but then it started to dissipate after a couple of hours, so I told them not to come out. They said they would check with the manufacturer and would get back to me, I still haven't heard back from them about it yet, but I think it's the finish on the metal doors, and it seems to be fading on it's own. Otherwise, it's a great product and very nice people to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!
